A successful coaching relationship is built upon a foundation of trust, openness and true partnership. Coach and client both grow and learn from the experience.
At this initial consultation we explore your coaching goals, why they are important for you, and what you need from me as your coach. It is also an opportunity for me to explain about the coaching process and how I might work with you.
PERSONALISED COACHING PACKAGE
Personal Coaching
Following our initial consultation, we design together the coaching package that will best deliver the outcomes you seek and the investment in time and money that you wish to make.
I offer face to face, virtual, and telephone coaching, with optional email support between sessions.
CORPORATE PACKAGE
External coaching
If you are looking for an external coach to provide an independent coaching service for your leaders, managers or team, I would be delighted to discuss and design a package to meet your corporate needs. I also work with a group of associate coaches for a broader range of coaching options
